January 1st, 2025: The New Year, Tomodachi Life, Papa's Burgeria, and Rocks

New year!!1!

The number of years since we restarted the year count to 45 on the julian calendar has increased by 1 since the last time I interacted with this collection of html and css!!!
My resolutions are to revolute around the sun some more, maybe procrastinate less, and work on personal projects more (we'll see about that).

Rawks

I found out a few days ago that I like stacking the rocks on the rock stacking website it's very rewarding when you can actually get 4 on top of each other and feel like you accomplished something. But it's not over yet, because after you're done feeling like you accomplished something, you (optionally) can put it to death.

The website it's on (neal.fun), has gone a little viral this year with the game about combining the things and the password game, but I just like how peaceful this one is. (hover the black box)

Tomodachi Life

I started playing the mii game last night, and I'd say it's pretty fun. It's really weird, because everything acts is and generally seems weird, but I think that's what makes it fun. You can make Walter White and Hatsune Miku get married with yourself and Dexter Morgan attending the wedding,

and then watch someone dream about being a hood ornament, all with a text to speech voice that sounds like an alien.

I don't have a 3ds, so I borrowed an emulator and a rom of the game from the internet, which didn't seen to go well(?)

I think it's an anti-piracy measure, but I fixed it pretty easily. I was not expecting it at all though. Kinda freaky tbh

Papa's Burgeria

I dunno why, but I felt like I needed to play papa's burgeria earlier. I did, and it was fun, but I played for way longer then I was expecting to.
I guess I just haven't played in a while or something

Tha rest

I haven't really played many video games over the past couple of weeks, other then balatro, so I don't know why I had a streak of these four all in a row. I am working on the website, I just haven't been publishing things as I finish them, so that's why there hasn't been very much activity.
This isn't the design i'm going with for this page (atleast I don't think it is), but I just wanted to put something on here so that it wouldn't be completely dry.
If you are an observant person, there is a chance you may have seen the nav bar at the top, so there's a lil preview i guess.
Anyways, bye, im gonna go back to lurking, not knowing what to do with the index page, not really knowing what to do with the navbar, making a todo list, and playing the weird game

I actually made an index page that I like, or atleast I like it enough right now
Its pretty ugly in terms of visual appeal but I like it

I had finals last week, so I didn't end up working on the site very much, but now I don't have finals, so I worked on it :D

I think i'm gonna flip a coin on wether I work on this part of the site or the images part next but I've almost gotten through the playlist that I had put on so I think i'm gonna stop for the night here pretty soon

I put the current version on neocities so I guess that is officially it for tonight
